since posting this question, I decided to see if the failure to upload an image was occurring on my desktop running windows 10.

I found NO such issues !

Below are the screen shots from the win11 laptop where image was failing to load.

Is there a compatibility issue with Win11 and image insertion in the forum text box??

I have the same problem. It's been this way for at least 3 years. It is a known issue.

For the love of god Microsoft, help us help you...

I'm trying to send a screenshot of a visual bug in Excel and you are making it WAY HARDER than it needs to be.

From now on, I will not waste my time sending you feedback.

I'm very disappointed about this. I'm a ms account newbie, so I'll post on Dell community instead.

I am having same problem on Windows 11 Pro and I tried multiple browsers, different formats and changed internet connections but it did not resolved the issue, but I found following workaround:

Post the question to the Microsoft Community then edit the question and add the images to submit it with the images.

Hope it helps others.

Does anyone at Microsoft give a s*** how many people keep telling you that you have proudly released yet another piece of broken garbage?

I'm trying to do the right thing and let Microsoft know there is a serious problem with one garbage MS application, and the garbage MS application designed to receive that report is also broken.

I guess the next idiotic MS management decision will be to release a new POS broken app so users can't report the broken app designed to report broken apps. But maybe by that time, everyone will have a Mac.

Microsoft is lying to you and blocking your account. I am an admin of a small radio station that uses Microsoft 365, and I needed to post an image to seek help with an issue. No browser worked with my professional account on Windows 11, Chrome, Vivaldi, Edge, Firefox, I even tried Android, Chrome and Firefox. I also tried to post the answer without the image and was told "We are unable to perform this action right now. Please try again later" As soon as I switched to my personal Microsoft account uploading images and answering questions worked perfectly.

@Microsoft getting a nonprofit registration is a difficult process. Please respect those who have one and allow them to share images and answers here. After all we're doing your work for you.

Microsoft Image here's proof.
