inacessible boot device

one time my house was having an electric outage due to overloading, since that time my laptop couldnt boot at all, i try to find the problem and it was my ssd being broken, it wasnt detected on my bios setting even after i tried any solution, so i decided to get a new ssd. i bought one and install it, checked it if its detected on the bios and fortunately it is. but i still couldnt boot my laptop, its said "inacessible boot device". then i go back to the bios setting, i found that in the boot menu, there is no list of boot priority order other than "1. windows boot manager". please help me, i need my laptop as soon as possible.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

1
What method did you use to install Windows on your new SSD?

2
It is normal to have 'Windows Boot Manager' set as the primary boot device when your system is set to UEFI in BIOS, if that is set as the primary boot device, check the Secure Boot setting is enabled, apply that and restart your PC to see if it boots into Windows normally.
