By Windows Live Mail, do you mean...

1. The installed program, often used with Windows 7, discontinued, unsupported since 2017

2. The Windows 10/11 Mail app

3. An outlook.com or Hotmail account accessed on the web ( https://outlook.live.com  ) with a browser

4. New Outlook, a minimized version of Office Outlook which is replacing the Windows 10/11 Mail app
