In windows I uninstalled cyberghost vpn now I cannot log into my home wifi network

After uninstalling cyberghost my wifi connection would not connect to the internet and says no internet, I have checked the router and several other devices and have no problem connecting to this wifi network. This problem occurred as soon as I uninstalled to cyber ghost. This laptop will login in to any other wifi network I have tested it on 5 different networks and have not had a problem. 1st I did a reset on the OS. It worked a few hours the went down.  Next I did a total fresh install deleting all partitions and reformatted the entire dive. The wizards in wifi networking fixed if 3-4 time. Now they do nothing for it.
