Hi Lawrence,
A corrupted operating system is one of the possible causes why you're unable to boot your computer normally and you're getting the message says "File: \Windows\system32\osloader.exe ".
To troubleshoot your concern, we suggest that you use the Bootrec.exe tool. You may refer to this link.
Should you need further assistance, please let us know.

A Dell630 is a old pc,try tapping the F8 key on pc start,select normal safe-mode.If you get
that far,open cmd & type: Sfc /Scannow If safe-mode fails,on pc start,enter the BIOS,chk
battery condition,it should be 100%.If not install charger & run with it 100% of pc use.Otherwise
the HD is probably at fault, replace it.

I did what you said Andrew. Regular safe mode kept saying I didn't have administrative
permission, (even though there is no other accounts on the pc), but
in "Safe Mode With Command Prompt" I typed Sfc/Scannow and it ran a scan.
when it finished, it said it repaired files in the OS32 section.
I'll just have to wait and see.
