iDrive version does not work

Just got this new laptop running windows 10 in S mode.   I use iDrive for all my backup restores across devices.     The version in the MS store does not work - "Internal Server Error".     Where do I go to get this fixed ?     Do I have to drop out of S mode and download the software directly from the vendor ?   
As the App Store version is not working for you then switching out of S-mode may be your only option.
Have you restarted the PC since installing the App?

The Windows App Store version of iDrive is still not working as of 3/3/2021. When I tried to log in to download my files onto my new computer running Windows 10 in S mode, I got a message saying Internal server error, Try again later. iDrive customer support did not flat out say that the app doesn't work, but their first suggestion was to switch out of S mode.
