Have you restarted the PC since installing the App?

The Windows App Store version of iDrive is still not working as of 3/3/2021. When I tried to log in to download my files onto my new computer running Windows 10 in S mode, I got a message saying Internal server error, Try again later. iDrive customer support did not flat out say that the app doesn't work, but their first suggestion was to switch out of S mode.
