That icon is related to GeForce Experience
Please try this if it helps.
Press Alt+Z to open GeForce Experience Menu
Click the Camera icon on the right side then select Off
If this does not work, Open GeForce Experience
Click the Settings(Gear icon)
Under In-Game Overlay, click Settings
Select HUD Layout
Turn off Camera and Status Indicator
