i7-4930k 3.40 GHz not Windows 10 compatible?

I thought I would go ahead and upgrade to Windows 10 because the "Get Windows 10" box was starting to bug me in my system tray. When I try it says my PC can't run Windows 10 and indicates that the CPU is not supported. I have an Intel Core i7-4930K Ivy Bridge which I thought was a fairly decent processor, is it really not compatible?
