I want to talk to a live person in the US

I am giving Microsoft 5 minutes to contact me and help me get this computer I bought out of their disgusting S mode that I did not authorize and they refuse to let me get rid of. It refuses to allow me to update the Microsoft Store to get out of it and I cannot get a live person no matter what I do!

I called their "customer support" number and I get continually hung up on when I demand a human and refuse to correspond with a retarded robotic system.

If Microsoft does not call me within the next 5 minutes and the call is not from an AMERICAN representative, I will pursue action against Microsoft for forcing an inferior Windows mode on me that I do not want and they are unlawfully refusing to allow me to opt out of.

This is a global peer to peer forum, experienced users giving up their time and expertise to offer help to other users.

There are very few Microsoft employees volunteering in the Community, and none that can call you even if they had access to your phone number.

Since you have threatened legal action and your, unreasonable, time limit has expired, we cannot help you.

if you would like help from some real experts please read the Microsoft Community Code of Conduct
then create a new thread without the threats.
