When Windows automatically deletes the Windows.Old folder, it does not go to the Recycle Bin, it is deleted permanently, there is no native method to restore that folder or its contained data, the only hope you have is to use some 3rd party recovery tool to try to undelete the files you need from the Windows.Old folder.
