I want to reset all themes

You can set the default (preinstalled) themes from Settings > Personalization > Themes.

You can create your own theme in Windows. It is saved in C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper.

But if you want, you can use the preinstalled themes too.

You understood the question wrong

I changed the wallpaper of the default themes

But I want to reset al themes

by any tricks or Command Prompt Commands

Did you change the colors of the default themes too?

I don't think there's a way to "reset", but you can create your own theme which resembles the default ones.

Here's an example for the default light theme.

1. Set the light bloom as the wallpaper. it is located in %windir%\Web\4K\Wallpaper\Windows.

2. Right click on the image and click on Set as desktop background

3. When done, go to Settings > Personalization > Colors and set the color to blue, which is this one:

   

4. Then, on the same page, set the Set your color mode to Light.

5. After that, go to Settings > Personalization > Themes and click on Save.

6. Name the theme as Windows (light).

Do the same for other themes, but with a few changes.

For the sunrise theme, select cyan color and change the wallpaper.

For dark theme, select blue color. Set the color mode to Dark.

For Captured motion, select purple color and color mode as dark.

For Flow, select grey color and set the color mode as light.
