I, want to Be able to STOP, Taskbar Hover-Over Popups: or Adjust Visibility Duration

I'm using • Windows 11, v23H2, x64Bit Edition.

I, am getting Annoyed by the Popup Balloons 🎈 when You Hover over OPENED Programs on the Taskbar.

Is there a way to STOP & REMOVE them Permanently.? or to Shorten the Time they Stay on the Screen.?

I, would prefer to STOP them altogether.

Please, Advise, & Thankyou in Advance.

Thanks for Replying, However.

It looks like You are not using the Same Version of Windows as I, am. Which makes it VERY Difficult to Follow those Steos, for a Resolve & If You are using the Same Version of Windows as I : ...

1st • I, Don't have a *News & Widget section on the Taskbar

My Taskbar doesn't look anything like Yours, futuremore the 2nd Image, that you Provided, when I Right-Click on the Taskbar & Select Taskbar Settings, the 2nd Image, again looks nothing like mine.

I, Viewed all the Options from that GOOGLE Link, You sent.

However...

Everything has been Turned Off, the Widgets Option is Turned off & I, Don't want to Uninstall, or Disable the *News and Interests, via the Registry or any other Method, as I, use it Daily.

I, will Send a Small Picture about the Taskbar, Popup Bubbles, I, was having an Issue about.

as You can See., I, Have 3 OPENED, But MINIMIZED Programs, showing on my Taskbar.

If You "HOVER" the Mouse Pointer over the OPENED, But MINIMIZED Applications on the Taskbar, a Small, Bubble appears (as in the Image..)

also, If, You "HOVER" the Mouse Pointer over NON-OPENED Applications, the Name of the said, Application appears, just above the Icons.

It's the Small, Bubble Popup shown in the ABove Image, that I, want to REMOVE, as it proves more Annoying than anything else.

Can You Help or anyone else, Help with this.?

I, want to Remove that Application Preview, Bubble, when Hovering over said Application on the Taskbar.
