Hi there : Here're Some steps to follow.

1) Sign into the "Advanced security options" page of your. Microsoft Account.

2) Select >> Add a new way to Sign in or verify.

3) How you will like to receive, security codes. Supposedly will be options

like choose a Phone number or Add an - Email address.

4) select send codes to my - Email address and type it.

if there's a [Save] button click on it

5) They'll send the "Security code to the new number or email to confirm. ...

6) That's all, what you've to Do. Hope this helps,.?

And I want to get it back, BUT my country's phone number is not supported

So there is nothing I can do
