I want a photo editor that's 100% free

Here is another question. I was looking for a good phot editor that also does frames, and retro style

pictures. I want one that is 100% free, NO IN APP Purchases. I tried downloading one from the web, and now

it can't be removed from my PC ( I've asked about this in a separate question).

Do you know of any apps like this? It's sad that I have to use my phone to edit my photos when I

have a BIG PC to do it in, but I can't unless I pay every month or something.

Hello. There is gimp photo editior that is usally installed on gnu/linux. There is avery for printing lables/cards/photo frames it is a paper company.

You can also install any phone .apk if you use MSI app player.

Yes, I've had GIMP before. Wanted something for retro effects and frames.
