I tried to download The Outer Worlds then cancelled my gamepass and now I can't remove the download.

It's stuck and now it says name not available and I tried uninstalling from the app list, the xbox app and couldn't find a physical folder to remove it. If anyone could help me out it would great.

Managed to download and install The Outer Worlds through these steps

Make sure the microsoft store is closed
1. Identify which drive is the game installed on
2. Locate the windowsapps folder inside the drive (If you have installed the game on the C drive, it is by default on the C:\Program Files\Windows Apps
3. Enable hidden files to locate the folder on the drive (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/...)
4. Make sure to take ownership of the folder to access it (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-take-ownersh...)
5. Under the folder, locate the MSIXVC folder and delete its contents (You will need to take own of the folder as well to access it)
6. Try downloading again
