I need to disable my avg and firewall so I can restore a program I deleted, how do I disable these?

1) Are you trying to disable from the computer?

I suggest you to follow the below steps and see if it helps.

Locate the AVG toolbar icon in the lower right of your desktop screen. You may need to click the small arrow to reveal all active icons, including AVG.
Double-click on the "AVG" icon to launch the AVG Control Center. Locate the "Firewall" status component on the Control Center screen.
Right-click on the "Firewall" component. A list of options appears. Select either "Disable" or "Deactivate." A pop-up may appear asking you to confirm your decision. Select "Yes" or "OK."

If that doesn’t help then you can follow the below steps to disable it.

Press the "Windows" key to open the Start menu, and then click "AVG Internet Security." If you don't see the program on the menu, point your mouse cursor at the right edge of the screen to scroll through the rest of your installed applications. Alternatively, right-click a blank spot on the Start screen and select "All Apps" to view an alphabetical list of your programs. You can also open the program by clicking the AVG Internet Security program in the taskbar.
Click the "Firewall" tab and select "Change" next to Firewall Mode.
Click the button next to "Turn firewall protection off (not recommended)."
Click "OK" to apply the change and disable the firewall.
Return to the Firewall screen and select "Automatic Mode (Recommended)" to turn the firewall back on.
