Hi Joel
When you install Windows 10 using the bootable installation media created form the Media Creation Tool found on that link, nowadays, it will not give you the choice of which edition to install it automatically install the current Edition installed on the PC
You need to force it to give you the option to install Windows 10 Home
Create the bootable installation media
Right click your Desktop, choose New - Text Document
Paste the text below into that document
[EditionID]
Core
[Channel]
Retail
Then choose File - Save Aa, at the bottom of the Save As dialog, change file type to 'All Files' then save that file as ei.cfg (note you must manually add the cfg file extension)
Then copy that ei.cfg file into the Sources folder in your Installation Media
Then when you begin the Installation by booting form that media, you should be asked which Edition you want to install . . .
