I m experiencing frequent Wi-Fi disconnections on my Windows 10 laptop

I m experiencing frequent Wi-Fi disconnections on my Windows 10 laptop. After connecting to my Wi-Fi network, it often stops working after a few hours. Although it shows as connected and secured, I can't browse the internet, as the browser displays an "No Internet Connection" error.

Strangely, my other Windows 10 laptop and mobile devices remain connected and functional without any problems. The issue seems to be with the Wi-Fi connection itself, as it's connected but unable to provide internet access. Restarting my computer doesn't resolve the issue, but restarting the router temporarily fixes it.

I'm confused about the cause, as other devices with the same operating system and mobile phones can connect successfully. Could you please suggest troubleshooting steps to resolve this recurring Wi-Fi disconnection issue?"

Hello, I'm Manoel Barros! I will help you in the best way possible, using my knowledge and experience.

Try reset Network settings.
1. Open Windows Settings (shortcut CTRL + I) > Go to "Network and Internet" > In "Status", click on the "Network Reset" option (marked in blue).

2. Click "Restore now" > Wait for your computer to restart.

3. When starting, type "'Command Prompt" in the Search Bar > Right-click on the app > Select '''Run as administrator''.

2. Now let's type the following commands.
ATTENTION: Type the entire command on the first line > Press ENTER > Wait for the command to complete > Execute the next command in the list.
netsh winsock reset

netsh int ip reset

netsh advfirewall reset

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

3. Restart your computer.

If your problem persists, try reinstall Wi-Fi Driver.
1. Download the Wi-Fi Driver manufacturer's official website.

NOTA: If you can't find the Wi-Fi driver, please send me the make and model of your laptop.

2. When downloading, disconnect your PC from the Internet > Search "Device Manager" in the search bar > Click the icon > Expand the "Network Adapters" tab.

3. Right-click the first device > Select "Uninstall device" > Check "Try to remove the driver for this device" > Confir > Do this procedure with all devices in the tab Network Adapters.

4. Restart your computer.

5. Install the downloaded Driver > Restart your computer again.

6. Connect to the internet and check if the problem is resolved.

I look forward to your feedback on the issue! If your problem is solved, please review the topic so I can help other users with this issue.

I tried that and at start it worked but then it continuously goes off, I'm experiencing a lot of difficulty issues and I tried resetting and same thing internet went off. I dont know what the problem is but I always watch videos and they tell me that You should contact Microsoft and now am here Contacting this to see if this issue can get fixed.

Before when I had windows 11 software It did the same thing, and I tried fixing it but it keeps going off so when I came back to windows 10 It sort of worked but when I start the laptop or play or even go on apps they internet goes off, I tried updating the drivers to see if their corrupted. I also disable the Network Adapter and re-enable it and the same thing it goes off. I dont know what the problem is that I got to buy a new laptop I dont really know but I just think there's a problem about the settings or its the laptop.

I have to say. I have 2 laptops with windows 10 on them and have been trying for weeks to get this to work. It's not working. Neither laptop is over 5 years old. No reason for this to be happening.

Very disappointed. I can get them both on ethernet but have to reboot everytime. Wifi disappeared completely on one computer.

Help.
