I keep getting the BSOD error VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR . How do I stop it from happening?

Over the last two years, I have run into the BSOD error VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR many times. It always would appear during a gaming session and nothing else would trigger it. I have an Aero 16 Xe4 laptop with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU and a 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H. I first tried a factory reset which solved the issue after a month of constant crashes. I have rarely had a BSOD since but I am having issues once again. I would like to find the cause of the issue so I do not have to reset my laptop this time. Here is the Minidump file from the last crash on a Google Drive folder https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1rT1_e61kBYvjtg-j27PPXNuRAGIFOMyh?usp=sharing .

I hope you can help me.

The minidump files indicates that the cause of the BSOD is "nvlddmkm.sys" which is an NVIDIA driver.

Are you using an app like NVIDIA Broadcaster? If so, please uninstall and test to see if the problem occurs.

Also uninstall the current graphics card driver using DDU tool, go to the nvidia website and search for the old driver before the last one released, download and install it.
