I installed a video editing software called Wondershare Filmora, uninstalled it but still i get Error 0x80004002.

Original Title - Error in Deleting Items

Hi! So what happened with me was I installed a video editing software called Wondershare Filmora, and I used it to create a video and then uninstalled it. The problem is that after I uninstalled it, I keep getting these pop-ups advertising their product. I looked all over the place and couldn't find any files related to the software except for "platform.wondershare (platform.wondershare.com)" and "pop.wondershare (pop.wondershare.com)." I proceed to delete both of them and all of a sudden I get Error 0x80004002. I'm thinking that those files aren't allowing me to delete them, but I'm not sure it's just my computer. Can someone help me?
