I have no bluetooth in new computer.

Hi. I have a new desktop with external wifi and bluetooth device that is connected. Wifi's working but there's no bluetooth. There's no bluetooth toggle, nor does it show in control panel. I tried starting and setting to automatic

Bluetooth Support Service 

Bluetooth User Support Service

Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service

and succeeded with starting all but couldn't set user support service as I got the error "incorrect parameter". Still didn't help. I also tried reinstalling the drivers before but it didn't work. I don't know if I did it correctly though. Also I accessed BIOS and enabled the bluetooth things there (as far as I remember, it was a month ago). Can someone help me, I don't understand computers and I really need to use bluetooth.

I think the drivers might have an issue. Did it come with Inbuilt Bluetooth?

Please supply us the following Information.

Right-click the Start button and Choose the Run option

Type in msinfo32
Press enter.

Take a screenshot of the System Summary window and post it in the next reply.

Thank you. I could not find the driver list of the page - I wanted to check for older drivers version to test. Also, you appear to be running 24H2 which might have incompatibility issues.

The support service might be related.

Next step, does the BT device show up in the device manager?

A screenshot after selecting View > Show Hidden devices would be nice.

Double-click the Intel Bluetooth device. Does it show it is disconnected to the computer?

Yes. It reads "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer."

It is connected though. I have two cables in total and they are connected.

There is an external bluetooth+wifi device that is connected to the computer. wifi is working fine but there is no bluetooth as can be seen. I'll try uninstalling the bluetooth device Intel(R) now.

I uninstalled the bluetooth drivers and now I can't reinstall. Well maybe I should just quit meddling.

I think the adapter that provides it is defective. Please consider asking the manufacturer to replace it for you, if it is under warranty :(
