Did you manually uninstall the program from Control Panel?
Open Control Panel >> Programs >> Programs and Features >> click kodi 19 >> click Uninstall.

If you have tried the method above, I suggest that you try to use a 3rd-party uninstaller software like RevoUninstaller.

To selecting kodi v19 matrix without a Laptop because  my Latop is unused actually but how to do this

I can't  select my kodi ,he says me use a window or Laptop  to select kodi v19 matrix ,but unfortunatelylLaptop  of my daughte is unused actually but how to selecting this completely without a laptop,because kodiv19  matrix is not working on my android tv I want my old kodi version  18.9 leia but I got problem when I click on "Intall from zip file I find the two version kodiv19 and v18.9 when I click on v18.9 it's ok but I can't find the real version  of diggz xenon that's all
