I have black bars in the top and bottom of my display

See this . When I tried to change my display resolution a black bar appeared . Can anyone please help me to fix this ???

Hey Sorry for this . I fixed this all up and anyone have any problem try this steps

When I messed Up with up screen

Step 1

Change the display to to 1024x768

Open Advanced Display Settings

Then " Display adapter properties for display 1

List all modes

select 1024 by 768 , true color (32 bit), 75 hertz

Apply

Then Click Auto in the monitor button

Now Everything should be fine !!!

Is still any problem occurs , ask a question !!!
