Hi, Alex Perry1
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
You can try the following to see if it works:
1. Download the Realtek sound card driver:
Visit the official Realtek website (click here) to download the latest Realtek HD Audio drivers. Alternatively, if you are using a desktop computer, you can visit the motherboard manufacturer's website as they may offer customised Realtek drivers optimised for your system.
If you are using a branded PC or laptop, check the manufacturer's website (e.g. HP, Dell, Lenovo) for audio drivers specific to your model.

Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.
2. Install:
Once downloaded, run the installer to update your Realtek audio drivers. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
3. Switching Audio Outputs:
After installing the Realtek driver, you may need to manually switch the audio output device. Right-click on the sound icon in the taskbar and select "Open Sound Settings", then under the "Output" section, select the desired output device, the Realtek device should now be listed.
4. Restart your computer:
Restarting your computer is essential to ensure that all changes are applied correctly.
Sincerely
