Hi samuel,
I`m Mário, an independent advisor, and I would like to help you.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue, one of the things that we can try is to make changes to msconfig menu for memory usage and see if that helps.
- Press Windows key + R. This will open Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for ‘Run’
- In Run dialog box, type msconfig and hit Enter.
- Now on the Boot tab click on Advanced options…
- Under BOOT Advanced options uncheck the box next to Maximum Memory
- Now click on OK
- Restart the PC
In addition, you may want to change the settings for Integrated Memory in BIOS of the PC. You may want to check with the motherboard manufacturer support for any configuration changes.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
KInd regards,
Mário
