I got malware on my laptop and now it won't boot up normally or in safe mode

I have a TUF Gaming FX505GE laptop and I somehow got malware and it doesn't let me boot windows neither in normal mode or safe mode.

I've tried launching it from start-up settings tab,

I've tried the command prompt method, and it all leads me back to the automatic repair screen.

(I'll leave some images here of what I get when i try to launch safe mode).

That is what I get instead of safe mode with networking.

I can't seem to find any other way to fix this so please help me out.

Thank you and have a nice day

Hi DavidV24 -

I'm Jerico T., I understand that you're having some issues right now and I'd be more than happy to help you today.

Since you can no longer boot your computer normally or in safemode, we might need to reinstall windows on your computer. If you have files/data that you want to recover, perform method 1, if you want to completely wipe your computer out and start from a scratch, perform method 2.

Method 1: Custom Install
- a process wherein you will reinstall windows (latest version) on your computer using an ISO file and once the setup is done, you can recover your personal data/files on Windows.old folder. If you wish to proceed, please click the link below.

Method 2: Clean Install
- a process wherein you will reinstall windows and wipe out all your data to give it a fresh start. If you wish to proceed, please click the link below and follow the steps provided.

Hope this help. Have a good day.

Thank you,
Jerico T.

Hello Jerico, I've tried the clean install method since I don't have a USB or cd that has windows on it, and whenever I try to use "Reset this PC" and remove everything it says: "There was a problem while resetting your PC"

Do I need a usb with windows on it or is my laptop just bricked?

Thank you and have a nice day.
