I get a message "McAfee security Center has stopped working every few seconds, what do I do? I have installed all the updates.

Try reinstalling McAfee. Uninstall it normally through the Programs and Features (Win7/Vista) or Add/Remove Programs (XP). Or, you can use their removal tool to uninstall it: http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe

Go to http://home.mcafee.com to redownload and reinstall McAfee. If you have a disk however, just use it.
