I can't reset my Windows 10 PC

Could someone help me please? I'm trying to reset my windows 10 PC (Keep my files) and when i went to reset to it keep saying, "there was a problem reseting your PC, no changes were made". I don't know what to do. also i did not upgrade from an eariler version of windows when i bought my pc it already had windows 10 on it.

It says this and then...

And everytime i try to reset it, it does this.

If it helps here are my PC specs.

So if you can't fix this is there a way to hard reset this like you would do a phone or tablet cause that would be better.

Check on this link to download and create Windows 10 ISO file. The issue of unable to reset the computer may be caused by a corrupted system.

Disclaimer: Make sure you backup the important files you need before installing the created ISO file.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards.
