Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Do not change permissions on the C drive, that can corrupt your Windows installation and you would need to re-install Windows.

What folder are you experiencing problems deleting, what is the full path and name of the folder?

Thank you for that information.

Right click that ReasonLabs folder and select Properties.

On the resulting dialog, select the Security tab, then click Advanced.

On the next dialog, click 'Change' beside the Owner.

Add a new user named Everyone as the owner of that folder and ensure that is set to apply to all sub-folders.

Apply that and when it completes, check if you can delete that folder.

Click your Start Button, then just type resmon.exe and press Enter

That will open the Resource Monitor utility

Select the CPU tab

Then close up the Processes and Services sections

In the search box on the 'Associated Handlers' section, type the exact path to the folder you are having difficulty with.

That should then show what process(es) or application(s) is accessing the folder.

Click your Start Button, then just type services and press Enter, then in the resulting list, do you see any ReasonLabs process running in there?

Also, open Task Manager and select the Startup tab, is there any ReasonLabs process listed on that tab?
