I can't adjust brightness at my laptop (Windows version: 21H2)

I tried method suggested by the microsoft 'helper',

1. By opening action center, and then add the slider brightness button, but the button for brightness is missing (even though i tried to add it)
2. By opening 'display settings', and setting for adjust brightness is missing.

3. Update to the latest driver, (using uninstall and install method, and also by checking on mirosoft website if there is any further update requires)

Please help me, as I often do my work at night, and the brightness is really hurting my eyes.

1. On your keyboard, press Windows + R
2. Type: msinfo32 (Press Enter)
3. Take a screenshot of the System Information, please make sure to get the System Model, Baseboard Manufacturer, Baseboard Product, and BIO Version/Date.
4. Then upload it here by dragging and dropping the image to your reply

Thank you. Let's try to reinstall your display drivers one more time. This might be slightly different to what you have done earlier.

1. Win + R to open the run box
2. Type: devmgmt.msc
