I can't activate my Windows 11 Pro

I bought a new Windows 11 Pro (Order number 4888418968) but I can't activate my windows. I can't even review my product key.

I only see the messages written in the images below. I spoke with support over the phone (Case #:1045316574) and guy completely ghost me.

Can someone please help me ?

Sorry you are experiencing the activation issue. Thank you for sharing the screenshots. It looks like you currently have Windows 11 Pro N version installed. The license you purchased is for Pro, right? If that's the case, unfortunately you will need to perform a clean install of the Windows 11 Pro version in order to apply the license you purchased.

May I ask you what is the difference with Windows 11 Pro N ? I can't even buy a license for that it seems !?

Ronildo, my apologies. Somehow my reply to you seem to disappear. I was scrolling through my old posts and then noticed that this was answered.

So, the N version is really more for work computers in organization settings. It is just like the regular version except it doesnt have anything media related app. Retail users can't really buy it. It is usually obtained via volume licensing for business users.

Ronildo, Pro N is basically the same as Pro, but it doesn't include some preinstalled apps that are more for home users. Pro N licenses are organizational licenses (especially like volume licensing), not really retail license you can purchase as a user.
