My hotmail account has been hacked. I can't reset my password because the verification codes no longer come to my email and phone number on file. I submitted the form to Microsoft and they said they can't send me a link to reset my password because I have two step authentication set up. What can I do to access my account again? Thanks

But because you have enabled double verification for your Hotmail account, you cannot resolve your current issue by filling out the account recovery form.
