I cannot connect my EOS R8 to my laptop using Windows 11.

I cannot connect my EOS R8 to my laptop using Windows 11. I am new to Cannon. This is what I receive in the Utility launcher and when I click "paring over Wi-Fi," I receive the second screen. Help

Do you have the Wifi enabled on your Canon camera and confirm that SSID is broadcasting from the Canon camera? Does the computer connect to the camera's wifi SSID successfully? If the camera is successfully broadcasting SSID, can you see if your smartphone can connect to it successfully?
