I cannot access profiles in Paltalk Messenger.

Original Title: Paltalk profile problems

Paltalk Messenger..i have windows 7   64bit operating system, i have downloaded paltalk, and i cannot access profiles, keeps going to a site to download paltalk, if i use the help button in pal i also get thrown to the same site to download paltalk,,yet it is already installed...has anybody got any idea on what to do...help appreciated

Was it working fine before?
 
Uninstall and reinstall Paltalk Messenger, check if it helps.
Uninstall a program: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Uninstall-or-change-a-program
Download Paltalk from here: http://www.paltalk.com/download.php 
If uninstall and reinstall does not fix the issue, you may have to contact Paltalk for further assistance.
