I am using Hp LaserJet 3055 all in one printer and it will not scan

I am using Hp LaserJet 3055 all in one printer and my window Is 8 version (32 bit).But in this window

my printer is not scanning any paper.

2.    Was printer scanner working fine before?

3.    Is there any error code/message that appears?

4.    Is the printer working fine in the machine?

 

Suggest you to install the latest version of HP LaserJet All-in-One Printer drivers from the manufacture website.

Once you click on the above link, below the Select operating system, select the correct operating system 32-bit or 64-bit to download the latest version of the HP LaserJet 3055 All-in-One Printer drivers.

 

I would suggest you may try updating the latest version of motherboard chipset drivers and check if that fixes the issue. Visit the manufacturer’s website and install the drivers.
