i am on windows 11. my keyboard is not working. the driver says code 19. this happened after the latest update. please suggest what I can do.

Kindly try to perform the steps below and check if it will fix the issue.

1. Open run box by pressing Windows Key + R and type devmgmt.msc then hit enter
2. Locate and expand Keyboards
3. Right-click on the driver and select Update driver
4. Select Browse my computer for drivers
5. Select Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
6. Select any older driver from the list and click next
7. Wait for the process to complete, once completed, restart your computer and check if it resolves your issue.

Thank you for the detailed response. If that's the case, let's try to go to your manufacturer's website and check for your keyboard driver, please follow the steps below.

1. Open run-box by pressing windows key + R, type msinfo32 and hit enter.
2. Look for your System Model and System Manufacturer, take note of them.
3. Go to your manufacturer's website and search for your keyboard driver using the information that you noted.
4. Download and install the keyboard driver, restart your computer and check if the issue still persists.
