Hyper X Alloy Keyboard USB not detectable

This is absolutely the most annoying problem I've had to date. I've had this keyboard for about a year and a half now. I've never spilt water on it, never dropped it, and I've had ZERO issues. Now all of a sudden my keyboards USB cable can't connect. Now this isn't a problem with the USB cable as the keyboard works in other devices and when I plug my mouse into the keyboard my mouse will work, but the keyboard still doesn't. I know the usb port isn't the issue, because other devices work perfectly fine.. I've reinstalled the drivers, I've messed with the power settings, I've restarted windows. I've done literally everything every website and forum is telling me to do and for the life of me I cannot get my keyboard to connect. This keyboard does not have drivers of its own I need to install too. I've never had a problem until two days ago when it just disconnected out of nowhere.Luckily, I could reconnect it then, but now it just sits here, dormant, not connecting, forcing me to use the on screen keyboard. Any help would be amazing as this issue makes zero sense and for it to pop up now all of sudden is beyond me. I would much rather not go out and buy a new keyboard as this is most obviously isn't an issue with my keyboard.

I'm John an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I want to apologize if you encountered this issue. I understand you have a problem USB keyboard not working. What is your current windows version and edition? Press Start then search Settings, select System then About.

Please try to plug directly on another USB ports

If an update cause the keyboard not to work, Please try to uninstall any recent updates manually. Please try the cmd method if the first method doesn't work.
You may need to look for KB4556799 and uninstall this update if it helps.

If still doesn't work, Please try to Perform a System Restore on an earlier date which the keyboard was still working properly.

Press Start
Search for Create a restore point, and click the top result to open the System Properties experience.
Click the System Restore button.
Choose a different restore point. Click the Next button.
Select the restore point that you want to use on your computer. You can check the box "Show more restore points"
Click Next then Finish

This did not seem to work for me. I just resorted to doing a fresh install of windows on my pc as I heard someone mention that this helped them. My keyboard did not work at first, but once I updated to the most recent version of windows, the keyboards seems to be working AT THE MOMENT, but I do not know if this will end up happening again. Thank you for the help though. Either ways this is the first it has worked in the last few hours that I've been trying stuff.

Well, I guess it took less than a day for it to come back. I might just try and get a new keyboard at this point.

I'm sorry to hear that the issue still persist. Did you try to reset your Hyper X alloy?
You will lose your custom LED profile by doing this. If it doesn't work, Please try the new keyboard if it helps.

Press FN+ESC both keys for 3 seconds until the
keyboard backlight blinks.

Yes, I tried to reset the keyboard when I first noticed it. This new keyboard seems to be working for now. I guess I'll see if the issue persist later.
