HP X2 210 G2 won't install Windows 11.

Ok, interesting problem. Just got hold of this convertible tablet (HP X2 210 G2). It came with Windows 10 Pro already installed

and activated. Works just fine. If I boot a Windows 11 install USB, I get the place to pick the drive to install on and ... no drive

shows! I know this unit has a SSD 60GB drive built into the motherboard. Now here comes the tricky part, if I boot a

Windows 10 install USB and get to the same point...voila drive is there. Also if I go back to repair and run Diskpart, it sees

the drive. Go back to the Windows 11 USB, run diskpart and no drive.

The BIOS is up-to-date and does not contain any storage settings (such as SATA ).

I have tried loading drivers to help Win11 find the SSD, but nothing I tried works for this SSD.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi , GaryTrermblay

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

It is not possible to install Windows 11 on the Tablet. There was a user who was trying to put the Chipset base is not compatible with Windows 11, so he cannot identify the unit.

Some managed to upgrade to windows 11 using a glitch in microsoft's Insider system.

Hope this helps.
