Windows 7 and the HP Drivers for scanning on our HP LaserJet 3030 don't appear to like each other on our new HP Pavillion e9300z Desktop. Even though Windows updater says we have the latest.
Essentially, the scanning process on the HP LaserJet 3030 is now as slow as molasses and sometimes in the middle will stop and close Adobe Acrobat 9 down - the program we use to capture the PDF file.
Don't have this problem using Windows XP Pro with the same version of Adobe Acrobat on a Dell 8300 Dimension Desktop. Not sure where the problem lies - have checked drivers for the Laserjet and HP PC.
