HP elitebook 1030 g4 laptop touch screen not working after resetting

I was using windows 10 older version and touch screen was working nice. after reseting(formatting OS and reinstall) the laptop touch screen stopped working. I tried below things but still it's not working:

-Uninstalled and Installed HID touch screen driver

-Updated all drivers

-Reset PC again in the same OS (Win 10)

-Upgrade OS to Win 11

-Tried 'Calibrate touch screen' option showing in windows 10

-When i reset the PC initially, I didn't created restore point

-Updated BIOS

-Downloaded HP support assistant and Install drivers

-Used driver booster to install latest drivers

-Performed Component test > touch screen test

-HID Compliant Touch screen driver showing 'This device is working properly' but still not working.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.
I'm glad to help you today!

I understand you need help with your laptop's touch screen not working.

Since you've already tried most of the troubleshooting steps, can you try the following from the HP article below?

-Configure the touch display
-Adjust the power management settings for your touch screen
-Perform a hard reset

Then if it still doesn't work, I do suggest reaching out to HP support for further assistance.

Thanks Charity!

I tried other options you have mentioned but no luck.

Also, HP support will not be able to help me as warranty of my device is expired.

Kindly help me if you have any alternative way, I am tried multiple things from last few weeks but no tricks are working for me.

I see. Since after upgrading to Windows 11, did you made sure that your drivers are installed with the Windows 11 version?

Did you downloaded the drivers from the manufacturer's website or did you updated the drivers via Device Manager/Windows update?
