How to view digital license linked to my account?

Hello, when I go into my activation settings and it says "Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account" is there a way to view that on somewhere on my account settings or something and possibly unlink that key?

Is your intention to sell that PC,is that why you want to unlink that Windows 10 licence, or do you want to install that Windows 10 licence on another PC?

Did Windows 10 come pre-installed on your PC, or did you purchase a retail Windows licence separately from your PC?

The reason is I bought a key off eBay, and it turned out to be a volume license that's seems to be associated with my account now and I don't want it linked to my account.
