I don't know if I have the disk. But we bought our computer from Staples with everything loaded a couple years ago. Has a sticker on it. When I went in to look at the key for the OS, it was a different key number. I tried typing in the key from the sticker and it said that that key was blocked by Microsoft. I was getting updates. But this week all of a sudden my OS is not genuine. Very Confused!!! The link my computer sends me to validate OS7 is broken or removed. What do I need to do? Worried as I know support for OS7 is about to go away.
