How to use online banking through RDP

Hello,

I use Remote Desktop to connect  from home to my work PC, which has my USB StampIt certificate plugged-in to it, and I want to make an online payment, but unfortunately the device can not be recognized. When I connect via TeamViewer, there is no such problem and I can bank online. Both machines have Windows 10. Server is 2012. What to do? Are there any settings I've missed?
I am administrating my own machine, so no SysAdmin can help. Can you?
