how to upgrade windows 7 pro to windows 10 pro using an OEM dvd

I am an independent advisor and a Microsoft user like you, and I would be happy to help you out with this.
It would be a good idea to back up your important files and photos, before proceeding with the installation.
When you insert the Windows 10 Pro OEM DVD into your computer, it should pop up a Windows 10 Setup window. If not, you can go to Computer and double click on the DVD drive and open setup.exe
You can then follow the instructions on the screen to upgrade.
NOTE: you will want to read carefully, and be careful to choose "Keep personal files and apps", unless you are wanting to perform a clean install.
This is under a hyperlink "Change what to keep", such as in the attached screenshot
