How to unlock a folder that is completely locked with permissions.

Hi all,

I've recently needed to change one of my library folders from Movies to Videos, in the tab on the left of explorer.

I changed the folder by right clicking and changing the folder location, which then created a folder so locked down I cannot access it by any means.

I'm unable to modify anything of this folder, including changing owner.

I've tried lots of third party options, commands and registry keys, and none are able to access the folder all saying Access Denied.

Does anyone know how I can access this folder again? Any tools or things I can do to restore access?

Above the folder is on my second hard disk and I can't change the owner or even see the permissions.

Have you tried removing the folder from whatever Library it was in?
