How to unassign priority with task bar when program will no longer open?

I set a game to open as high priority in task manager since it kept crashing and thought that might help. After setting it as high priority now it will no longer open at all since it throws off the game launch process. I don't know how to undo it since the program won't even pull up in task manager anytime I try starting it now.

Super niche issue but I'm going to update incase anyone else gets themselves in this weird perdicament.... I can't remember exactly where I clicked this but there was an option to have windows trouble shoot the program which found the issue and set it back to default
