How to Turn off Game Mode in Windows 10?

I know how to get to the game mode section in windows 10 but there isnt a option to turn it off on my PC. When I click on Game Mode from the gaming section it just says This PC supports Game Mode with no option to turn it on or off. Any help would be amazing and THANKS!

If you go to the Settings App - Gaming, do you not have this set of options?

if not, Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter

On the resulting dialog, what Version No. and build No. of Windows 10 are you running?

I do have those options but when i click on game mode there is no option to cut it off.

Microsoft have released version 1809 of Windows 10, click the link below, then click 'Update Now' on that page to immediately get 1809 and bring your PC right up to date and you will have those option
