How to transfer photos on a CD Rom to computer using Windows 10

I understand that you want to transfer photos to PC from CD, I will certainly assist you with this issue.

You may use Windows Photos app to import files from the CD to your computer.

Please follow the below steps for the same.

1. Insert the CD into the CD/DVD drive.

2. Click on the Windows icon and click on “Photos”.

3. Click on “Collection” and click on the “Import” icon highlighted at the top right of the screen.

4. Dialogue pops up “choose a device to import from”. Click on the CD/DVD drive location from where you want to import Photos.

5. Now you have to select the photos and import/download it.

You may also use simple copy/paste option to transfer the files, copy the files from the CD disc and paste it into a folder on your hard disk.
