How to sync Cloud Font to Desktop?

I need help to get all Cloud Font into Desktop.

Have you looked at your font folder to see what fonts you already have? How many fonts are already on your computer? See example image below. Click on, tap, or activate image to enlarge it.

Yes, I have already looked and said font is not listed in Windows 10. Reason of my posting is I suspect said Font is available in Cloud because Edge can print a pdf.

Since same pdf cannot be printed by Desktop App, I posted....

Use cases are

  1. Printing with Adobe Acrobat Pro failed with message "Cannot extract the embedded font '*Kozuka Mincho Pr6N R-28669-ldenti by-H'. Some characters may not display or print correctly. "

  2. OCR-ready Fonts for text in scanned Images of PDF for

    1. Adobe Scan and OCR - Recognize Text.

    2. Word Edit Text for "edit PDFs with Word"

Font "Kozuka Mincho Pro" is

after clicking on Add, Website reported it to be used for Adobe Cloud App and when only Remove option is shown, I believe Font was added successfully to my Cloud environment (screenshot below); but since I still encounter same print error message, does it mean Font is not in Adobe Acrobat Pro App; how to verify my suspicion?
