Click on C:
On top right corner, you have search box
Put following and press Enter
*.jpg
(If you want to perform search in a particular folder, click that folder)

Hit Enter
Click in the Search box
Type: *.jpg
It should show all the JPEGs in your user folder.

Open Windows File Explorer (folder icon on your Taskbar
On the left click 'This PC'
Then in the searchbox on the top right, enter: *.jpg
(That isL star + dot + jpg)
That will search your hard drive for all jpg files
That's It!

Can't believe this was such an easy, simple answer to the problem that I had been searching for, for days.
It was such an easy search task with Windows XP, and with Windows 10......? Why not include the same technique?
